Next, you will receive your floral questionnaire. The floral questionnaire is your first opportunity to share with us your vision for your wedding.

After we review your questionnaire, we will reach out to schedule a meeting.

Meetings will take place over phone or zoom, your choice.

The meeting is a fun, informal chat that allows us all to ask and answer questions and clarify the vision and inspiration for your wedding florals.

Following the meeting, you will receive a detailed preliminary floral design proposal. The proposal will include inspiration images and straightforward pricing of each floral element.

After you have reviewed the proposal we look forward to answering your questions.

Booking with Holiday Garden is easy and straightforward. Once you have approved your proposal, you will sign and return your contract and initial retainer. You can do so via mail/ check or electronically.

About 6 weeks before the wedding we'll check in to confirm all of the details of your wedding design and aesthetic. This helps to ensure that our floral designs compliment your wedding vision.
